We see our premium service as different to other managers: we offer a full development and investment management service with a single focus to satisfy our clients’ needs from concept to completion with the intention to exceed their expectations. Our integrated offering can initiate property development or investment opportunities, whether it be capital raising for loans or equity ownership, and directly manage, or indirectly monitor, the full development and/or investment life cycle.

Our services are divided into four core divisions being fund management, property development, project management, and advisory.

Fund Management


NGC offers fund management services being ASIC licensee, management and trustee, custody and administration services.

Two of NGC’s companies, NGC Fund Management Pty Ltd (Australian Financial Services Licence No. 493576) and NGC Capital Management Pty Ltd (Australian Financial Services Licence No. 404967), are both licenced by the Australian Securities & Investment Commission (“ASIC”) to deal and advise on managed investment schemes to wholesale clients.

NGC Aus Wholesale Fund (“the Fund”) is an unlisted, wholesale fund under NGC Fund Management Pty Ltd’s licence with trustee, manager and administration roles undertaken by other NGC-owned entities [as authorised representatives of the licensee]. The objective of the Fund is to provide investors with exposure to Investments, being:

  • loans secured by mortgages, or other security, over Australian real estate; and
  • real property via the Fund making debt and equity investments in SPVs which invest in, provide funding, or develop real estate.

The Fund is a ‘contributory investment scheme’ whereby investors choose to purchase units in a range of Investments offered by the manager. Returns will vary dependent upon the nature of each Investment.

Limitation of Offers

Offer limited to wholesale investors

All offers for NGC funds are made only to “wholesale” investors within the meaning of Section 761G of the Corporations Act. Investors may only apply for units in any NGC fund by completing the Application Form attached to the relevant Supplementary Information Memorandum for each investment opportunity.

Australian investors only

Investment in any NGC fund is by invitation only. NGC is not obliged to accept applications and reserves absolute discretion in refusing any application. An invitation is available to persons receiving Information Memorandums and other relevant documents within Australia only. This website does not constitute an invitation, offer or recommendation.

Confidentiality

The contents of all documents relating to any NGC fund provided to you are confidential and may not be disclosed to any other party, except for the purpose of obtaining independent advice in connection with the consideration of an investment in any NGC fund, unless the express prior written consent of NGC is obtained.

NGC has an experienced property development team which has successfully completed significant property developments across many property asset classes in Australia and Asia Pacific.

The team has expertise in the whole development process from early stages of research into micro- and macro-economic conditions, loan or equity origination, site analysis, concept, planning, design and feasibility, financing, due diligence, architectural and consultant management, development approval, loan management, building contract negotiation, construction management, leasing, selling, marketing, property management, refurbishment and disposal.

Project Management


Within our development team, we also offer Project and Construction Management services to our clients who benefit from our expertise and successful track record managing developments. We can either be embedded into all aspects of the development, managing the consultant teams in each component part or, due to our flexible approach, we can tailor our involvement to manage different aspects of the project including design, development, construction, fund management and sales/leasing. The aim is to meet our client’s brief, when and how it is wanted.
